    Defective Items, Wrong Item Shipped, or Item Not Received
    If you receive a defective item, or an item you didn’t order, please call or email us and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent right away. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item. If you didn’t receive your item, we will research the shipment for you, and resolve the issue.  Freight charges will not be credited for orders considered delivered. (Carrier has proof-of-delivery).

     Damaged in Shipment
    Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days.  Please be careful when signing for shipments! If you’ve signed for the item ‘free and clear’, we have no claim on the shipping company. Sign for items only when you see no visible damage to the shipment. Please contact us within 5 days and we’ll arrange for reshipment.

    Ordered Wrong Item or Changed Your Mind
    We can accommodate requests for returns in both cases.  Contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will authorize the return.  You will be responsible for return freight, we will refund your purchase price (not including freight) without a restocking charge once the item is received in good (resellable) condition.

    How to Return an Item
    Returning an item is easy. Contact our customer service via email or phone.  A service rep will assist you.  Do not return any item until you have received a Return Authorization Number.  We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

    To accept returns, the returned item must be 100% intact. This includes original packaging, all components, manuals, accessories, etc.  If items that you return cannot be restocked, you will not be refunded the full amount, you may not receive any credit.  If the item is refused for credit we will not ship it back without payment of freight charges.
